Alexander Reservoir is a beautiful area for boating, fishing, swimming and a picnic just to enjoy the scenery. Home to rainbow trout, perch, channel catfish, blue gill, and small mouth bass Alexander has a good selection of fish. Being 4.5 miles long and 1 mile wide it also offers a great area for those wanting to get out in a boat. It has two boat access ramps with docks conveniently located just off Hwy 30 and two day-use areas located on the north side of the reservoir.
