In 1931, with a hand me down truck from the City of Logan, Utah, the Soda Springs Fire Department was organized.  A lot has changed since those early days of the Department.  Today, the Soda Springs Fire Department is a 16 member, all volunteer department with the needed apparatus and equipment to safely and effectively handle any situation that may occur within the city.  The Department plays an active roll in the community with numerous fire prevention activities and appearances within our schools, clubs, and other organizations.
